These are some of our families favorite muffins. They can be used as a snack, dessert, or breakfast. If you like chocolate covered cherries you will love this recipe. I got it off of the Taste of Home website
here.

Here are the cherries before I cut them in half. I get a total of 18 muffins, Hannah usually gets 12 when she makes them as she doesn't cut the cherries.

All the ingredients before I mix them.

A bit blurry but ready to put in the oven.
I always double the recipe. We also don't use the pecans, confectioner's sugar or cream cheese. We don't put the glaze on but just leave them plain. I also have found that I need to cook them a bit longer than the recipe says.

Fresh out of the oven.

yumm
Dave will be taking some of these with him when he leaves for Texas.

Mindy,
I'll have to make these for Mom when she gets home. She love choc covered cherries.
Thanks so much for your prayers for our family. We have been so very busy. I am ready for this long list of "to do's" to be done!
